Customs duties and taxes on the exported goods are the responsibility of the recipient when the goods are consigned in the country of destination, as it is not possible to determine them beforehand, and they are based on the taxation laws of the country in which the goods are imported, according to the prevailing customs tax tables.
The recipient is responsible for paying these fees when the package is delivered.
Returns
If the goods were damaged in transit, the client must immediately inform customer serviceshop@archivioricordi.com. In this way, Ricordi & C. Srl will have the possibility to present a claim with the carrier or the insurance.
